Delivery & Refund policy
UK Postage and Packaging costs standard second class delivery £3.70. Free if you spend over £30
We try our best to ensure stock levels on the website are accurate, but there may be times when this is not the case. If items are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible after your order was placed. As long as all items are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 working hours.
If a delivery attempt card has been left at your address, but the parcel is not collected, the parcel will be returned to us, and you may be charged additional postage for the order to be resent.
Returning faulty items
all stock is checked before postage, but manufacturing faults can happen. we will accept the return of faulty goods, and will either replace the item, or refund your money including the cost of postage to return the item to us. You must take responsibility for getting the goods returned to us, and advise obtaining proof of postage. Please contact us for further instructions on how to return.
Non faulty items
Can be returned if unused, unwashed and in full re-saleable condition, and within 28 days of delivery. If you wish to return something after this time, please contact us. We will refund you the cost of the item, but you will have to cover the cost of postage to return the item, this includes postage and packaging. We advise proof of postage be obtained incase the item/s do not reach us. If goods have a value above £28, you will need to use a Royal mail service that includes additional insurance to cover your goods should they go missing on route to us.
