Delivery and Returns

UK Postage and packaging costs are standard second class delivery £3.50 and free if you send over £35


We try our best to ensure stock levels on the website are accurate, but there may be times when this is not the case. If items are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible after your order was placed.

As long as all items are in stock, we will dispatch orders within 48 hours.


If a  delivery attempt card has been left at your address, but the parcel is not collected, the parcel will be returned to us, and you may be charged additional postage for the order to be resent.


Returning faulty items

All stock is checked before postage, but manufacturing faults can happen. We will accept the return of faulty goods, and refund your money including the cost of postage. You must take responsibility for getting the goods back to us, and advise obtaining proof of postage. Please contact us for instructions on how to return.


Non-faulty items 

Can be returned if unused, unwashed and in full re-saleable condition, and within 28 days of delivery. If you wish to return something after this time, please contact us. We will refund you the cost of the item but you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us, this includes any postage and packaging, and advise proof of postage is obtained incase it does not reach us.

If the goods have a retail value of more than £28.00 you will need to use a Royal Mail service that includes additional insurance to cover your goods should they go missing on route to us. Please contact us for more details.
